How to write content for your website

Your website is your shop window. And when potential clients land on it, they spend an average of 8 seconds deciding whether they want to go any further.

The experts have declared that ‘content is king’ in 2014. That means that your website needs to be relevant, clear and informative. Good design is important, but don’t leave the words to chance. For example, did you know that ‘click here for more information’ gains more clicks-through than just saying ‘more information’?

This two-hour workshop covers the principles of writing to promote yourself across a range of media: your website, emails, leaflets, flyers and other aspects of communicating effectively. I can also create a bespoke session, in your office or home, for your market.
